About Tori

Tori Rhoad, the founder of The Coastal Key, is a South Carolina native who has made Charleston her home for the past four years. Tori's career journey began in Physical Therapy, where she cultivated her passion for helping others. She later transitioned into Real Estate, continuing to provide support and assistance to people in a different capacity. Shortly after moving to Charleston, Tori was asked by a homeowner on Sullivan’s Island to help care for her secondary home while she was away in California. This opportunity led to Tori assisting several other homeowners over the following years, ultimately inspiring her to create The Coastal Key. Despite calling Mt. Pleasant home, Tori's unwavering presence on Sullivan's Island has solidified her reputation and forged meaningful connections, blurring the lines between resident and cherished island regular.
